As usual, D - your post got me thinking. I’d like to add one more “p word” to your list: Perception ( see Plato’s Allegory of the Cave). If, as Plato suggested, each of us has her/his own “truth” ( to which we are tied, as if in a cave) how do we find real answers? Plato gave us a solution, and so have you in this posting. But it is hard, hard, hard work.

the answer (i believe) is education... having space for conversation and growth... learning to emancipate ourselves from the cave of confusion...
we need to find a way to make more teachers like you -- that's the real answer 🙏🏼
